Danny Stewart spent months crawling through old tapes and flyers just to make sure Colorado Springs' 1983-1994 underground scene didn't vanish, and Vol. II is round two of that rescue mission. Thirteen tracks jump from punk to post-punk to goth to industrial to power pop to metal, backed by a genuinely thick band-history zine. Stewart funds the whole thing himself on his own Pete's 9mm Rec Hords label, more like an act of civic memory than a business plan.
