Wax Trax calculates shipping costs and includes them in the cart prior to any sale.
An email with tracking information will be sent when your order is ready to ship.
We do not provide a refund or replacement for items that have been scanned as delivered by USPS. The customer is responsible for the security of their delivery location. If your package tracks as delivered, but you have not received it, please inquire with your mail carrier or at your local post office branch.
Wax Trax will not open your purchase before shipping to ship it outside of its cover. If this is done at the customer's request without the knowledge of management, it forfeits any possible return for shipping damage or otherwise.
According to USPS, the estimated delivery time for USPS Media Mail is 2–8 business days, Ground Advantage is 2-5 business days, and Priority is 2-3 business days to US addresses.
Expedited delivery via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional fee at checkout. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
Shipments returned to us by USPS due to incorrect/unclaimed/undeliverable address information will be charged a $5.00 fee for re-shipment.
All items are normally available for local pickup at our Denver store at 638 E. 13th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. When possible, you will be able to indicate at check out that you’d like to pick up in store. If you select in-store pick up we will hold your pick-up order for 30 days, after which we will cancel your order and restock your items
