Everything So Far 3LP

Before Pinegrove had a label, they had a stack of burned CD-Rs in hand-painted cardboard sleeves, passed around like contraband. Everything So Far gathers that whole scrappy lineage: the two cassette-only Mixtape sets, the self-titled release credited with nothing but an ampersand, and the songs that eventually became 2012's Meridian. Evan Stephens Hall wrote every track himself. Run for Cover eventually reissued the thing properly, new artwork and all, and AllMusic's Timothy Monger called it proof the New Jersey band sounded like itself from day one.
