Salad Days LP

Salad Days got made in DeMarco's own Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment in October 2013, tracked on an eight-track Fostex machine, and still climbed to number 30 on the Billboard 200 for Captured Tracks. It's gold in the US now, silver in the UK, and NME called it the second best album of 2014. Lo-fi, jangly, and good enough for a Polaris nomination, none of which needed a proper studio.
