Open Portal LP

Open Portal, The Milk Blossoms' third album after 2015's Worrier, was tracked at Youth on Record's studio, a shift from the house-party, ukulele-and-beatbox setup that built the band's earliest sound. The record leans into live drums and fuller arrangements around Harmony Rose's soft vocals, what the band calls 'trailer-park pop,' with 'All Night My Hands' and the piano ballad 'Thrill' standing out. They also won Best Pop Band at the Westword Music Showcase.
