Cuisine (With Piscatorial) first came out in 1991, well into the run of records that made Severed Heads pioneers of Australian industrial and synth pop, jagged electronics wired into pop hooks with a dry sense of humor running under it. This marks the album's first pressing on vinyl, arriving through Dark Entries as a double LP.
