Revolting Cocks came out of Chicago's Wax Trax! scene in the mid-1980s, Al Jourgensen's industrial side project with early help from Front 242's Richard 23 and guitarist Luc Van Acker. "No Devotion" was the band's 1985 debut single; "You Often Forget" was the track at the center of a remix dispute that broke up that original lineup soon after. Cleopatra pairs the two here, early lineup history more than a cohesive single release, and that's the history you're paying for, not a unified record.
