Regulator Watts rose in Washington DC when guitarist Alex Dunham's earlier band Hoover split in 1994, cutting early records through Slowdime with Dischord behind them. kWh breaks a silence near three decades long: five songs, produced by Kurt Ballou of Converge, landing August 14, 2026 on Solid Brass Records.
