Note to Self CD

Randy Houser's "Note to Self" is like a rough-hewn cowboy slinging hard-earned stories across the bar. In this sixth album, ten tracks bleed authenticity, featuring gems like "Still That Cowboy" and the reflective title piece, all co-written by Houser and molded with Blake Chancey. The Magnolia label has put forth music that cuts straight to the bone, a relentless exploration of modern life through a country lens. Here lies not just sound, but the raw voice of a man wrestling with his every battle and triumph.
