Is This America LP

Frederic Rzewski's The People United Will Never Be Defeated and the old civil-rights standard We Shall Overcome don't usually turn up in a jazz guitarist's set, but Pat Metheny has worked both into his live shows for years, going back to records he's made since the mid-70s on ECM and later his own imprints. This LP collects those readings with the title track Is This America? and Peace Universal, issued through his label Uniquity Music as a Record Store Day Black Friday exclusive.
