Alive & Wired 3LP

Old 97's built their name by playing like the stage might not hold, punk velocity rammed into Rhett Miller's twangy, hook-first songwriting until something had to give. Alive & Wired caught that collision live in Texas and landed as a two-disc set on New West back in 2005, the kind of show critics kept pointing to as proof the band could flat-out deliver onstage. This boxset finally gets that set onto vinyl, pressed on red and yellow splatter.
