Recorded live at Low Four Studio the day after the quartet tracked their Spiritual Progressions album in the same room, this set has Adam Fairhall on piano, Michael Bardon on bass and Paul Hession on drums, engineered by Brendan Williams. Two of its four tracks, "Lokumbe" and "Sun in the East," also appear in studio form on that album.
