We Were Only Young LP

Kodaline close the book here. This is the Irish band's fifth and final studio album, released through Fantasy, with Steve Garrigan writing across four years and tucking in the acoustic "Without You" for his wife. They broke out in 2013 with In a Perfect World and "High Hopes," building a run on widescreen, emotional pop-rock. Across these 12 tracks that same sound splits into ballads, anthems, and folk and gospel shading, working from grief toward something that actually resolves.
