Kneecap, the Belfast trio of Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí, got cut from Irish language radio like a signal choked at the transmitter after their 2017 single "C.E.A.R.T.A." landed too hot to play. 3CAG, their 2018 mixtape, kept that same collision of Irish and English going, The Skinny praising the mix as sharp tongued and genuinely funny. From there the trio put out the album Fine Art, headlined a biographical film that premiered at Sundance, and played both Coachella and Glastonbury.
