Oddments LP

Oddments is exactly what the name says: the drawer of spare parts and off-cuts left over from other King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard sessions, arriving in 2014 as the band's fourth album in about eighteen months. Reviewers at the time called it scattered, which tracks for a record built from leftovers rather than one idea, though "Vegemite" pulls out a poppier, more melodic thread than the rest. A 2018 vinyl reissue reached #13 on the ARIA albums chart.
