A Mile South Of Heaven LP

Jess Williamson got her start playing music as a student at UT Austin before two self-released albums, Native State and Heart Song, carried her to Los Angeles and a deal with Mexican Summer, the label behind Cosmic Wink, Sorceress, and 2023's Time Ain't Accidental. Somewhere in that run she also teamed up with Katie Crutchfield of Waxahatchee as the duo Plains for 2022's I Walked with You a Ways. A Mile South of Heaven moves her to a new label home, New West Records, and leans into the Texas songwriting she grew up around in the Dallas suburbs.
