Sleepyhead LP

Sleepyhead marks Cavetown's jump to a major label, his first record made under a deal with Sire after years of putting everything out himself. The self-sufficiency didn't change: Robin Skinner still wrote, recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered the whole thing solo, just from a new London apartment instead of the childhood bedroom his earlier tapes came out of. The tracklist mixes older fan staples like 'Things That Make It Warm,' 'Feb 14,' and 'Telescope' with newer cuts including lead single 'Sweet Tooth' and 'Snail,' a collaboration with Chloe Moriondo.
