Swansong LP

Swansong is Carcass's fifth album, cut in 1995 with producer Colin Richardson, like a blade worn down by one too many grinds. It was meant to be the British grindcore pioneers' major label debut after Heartwork, but a falling out with Columbia sent the band back to Earache. Jeff Walker, Bill Steer, Carlo Regadas (his only record with the band), and Ken Owen on drums pushed further into death 'n' roll, and it turned out to be Carcass's last studio album for over seventeen years. This pressing comes on red and yellow merge vinyl with alternative sleeve art.
