Black Rebel Motorcycle Club’s Howl returns as a 20th anniversary 2LP, remastered at Abbey Road and pressed on black vinyl; the fourth side is etched with the BRMC logo. The band’s late-night folk and country-tinged guitars occupy three playable sides, with the fourteen-track album closing on Open Invitation. It’s a tactile, close-mic reissue that brings the album’s hymn-like harmonies and dusty strings forward from the grooves.
