Live From The Roxy 1982 2LP

Billy Idol played the Roxy in West Hollywood on August 12, 1982, a year clear of Generation X, the punk band he'd fronted through three albums, and still finding his footing as a solo act. The set leaned on his self-titled debut, "Dancing With Myself," "Mony Mony," and "White Wedding" among them, songs that took punk's sneer and ran it through an MTV-ready amplifier until it crossed the Atlantic clean. This one already turned up on an expanded CD reissue of the debut before landing here as a Record Store Day Black Friday exclusive on red smoke vinyl.
