Two currents finally cross the same wire: Anderson .Paak and Cordae, who first sparked together on "RNP" from Cordae's Grammy-nominated 2019 debut The Lost Boy and have since shared stages at the BET Awards and The Tonight Show. .Paak, a Grammy winner for Best R&B Album with Ventura and half of Silk Sonic alongside Bruno Mars, puts this collaboration out through his own Apeshit imprint, setting his singing-drumming hybrid against Cordae's technical rap pedigree.
