Grits & Glory LP

Grits & Glory is Albert Castiglia's fourth record for Gulf Coast Records and his fifteenth overall, cut in Abbey Road's Studio Three, the same room where Pink Floyd made Wish You Were Here. Backed by Cliff Moore and Ray Hangen, he works current social wreckage into the blues on Slumlord Billionaire, then closes the ten-track record with a cover of the Beatles' Yer Blues, like he's settling an old debt in a haunted room.
