Girls and Boys LP

Peter Gill started 2nd Grade alone in Philadelphia back in 2018 before pulling in Catherine Dwyer, David Settle, and Francis Lyons to fill out the band. Girls and Boys is their first outing for Lame-O Records after Hit to Hit and Easy Listening, twenty songs split clean down the middle, ten named for girls and ten for boys. Gill still buries every hook under fuzz and an ABBA-grade countermelody, which is the only reason any of this holds together.
