A Different Kind of Truth 2LP

Van Halen basically raided their own basement for this one, old demo riffs from decades back reworked into A Different Kind of Truth, the first studio album with David Lee Roth back on vocals since 1984 and the only studio album with Eddie's son Wolfgang on bass instead of Michael Anthony. It still debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, went higher in the UK than anything else they'd made, and Guitar World called it album of the year. Turned out to be the last studio album before Eddie Van Halen died in 2020.
