Extended Pain EP

Three already-released singles got rounded up into Extended Pain, the EP Swedish nu metalcore band Thrown put out through Arising Empire. At that point the band, vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, with Buster Odeholm covering drums and bass, was still a pandemic-built project finding its feet, like a crew testing out a van before the long tour. That tour came soon enough, alongside Counterparts, right before their 2024 debut album Excessive Guilt.
