Electric LP

Electric is The Cult's hard rock pivot, scrapped from an earlier gothic version cut at Manor Studio under the title Peace and rebuilt in New York with producer Rick Rubin chasing an AC/DC and early Led Zeppelin sound. On Beggars Banquet it hit the UK top five and went platinum in the US, carried by "Love Removal Machine" and "Wild Flower."
