New York's Tempers (Jasmine Golestaneh) delivers Delusion, a shadowy journey through art pop, techno, and vague metal cues. Co-produced with Jorge Elbrecht, the album is an emotionally tempestuous fever dream, a sonic chiaroscuro for the hopelessly romantic and the terminally moody.
