Captain My Captain LP

Team Dresch, the pioneering Pacific Northwest queercore band, had this second album reissued on vinyl by Jealous Butcher after it first came out on Chainsaw and Candy Ass Records, John Goodmanson producing. Jody Bleyle has said the songs came out of a rough personal stretch going into the sessions, and while some critics rated it a notch below the band's debut, Personal Best, reviews overall still praised the raw punk and the band's place alongside riot grrrl. A solid pickup, just not the band's best record.
