Hotter Than July LP

Stevie Wonder wrote, produced, and arranged nearly all of Hotter Than July himself at his own Wonderland Studios in Los Angeles, and the record snapped his commercial slide, hitting number 3 on the Billboard 200 and number 2 in the UK, his best UK showing ever, behind four top-10 singles. Master Blaster (Jammin'), a reggae tribute written after he met Bob Marley, went number one R&B, while Birthday doubled as part of the campaign for a King holiday. Michael Jackson and members of the O'Jays and the Gap Band guest throughout.
