Bread CD

Sofi Tukker, the Grammy-nominated duo of Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern, made Bread their third studio album, the title short for their mantra Be Really Energetic and Dance. It folds bossa nova and jungle rhythms into pop and house, including Cafuné, co-written with Brazilian poet Chacal, and Woof, featuring Nigerian singer-songwriter Kah-Lo singing in English and Yoruba. It keeps up the genre-blending, multilingual approach the duo has run with since their Treehouse debut.
