Joy 7"

Three sisters splitting one gospel-disco track like a family argument that resolves into harmony, that's "Joy," RAYE handing verses to Amma and Absolutely same as she'd hand them a fork at dinner. RAYE herself is currently too big for small rooms, a billion Spotify streams on "Where Is My Husband!" and a spot opening for Bruno Mars's stadium run, but this one's built on something plainer: three voices landing on hope the hard way, and sticking it live at Reading Festival.
