Witches Burn / Spell on You 7"

The Pretty Reckless came together in New York in 2009 around singer Taylor Momsen, once known as Cindy Lou Who and later a star of Gossip Girl, alongside guitarist Ben Phillips. Their hard rock and blues-rock attack has driven multiple songs to the top of the Mainstream Rock chart, including the title track off 2021's Death by Rock and Roll, making Momsen's band the first female-fronted act to rack up repeated number ones there. They've recorded for Fearless Records since 2020, and this single still swings from the same blues-rock hip that's carried them through a fifth studio album, Dear God.
