The Jaws of Life CD

Seven years passed between this and 2016's Misadventures, and Pierce the Veil used the gap well: Paul Meany of Mutemath produced, and Third Eye Blind's Brad Hargreaves sat in on drums. It debuted at number 14 on the Billboard 200 and hit number 1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart, the San Diego post-hardcore band's best commercial numbers yet under frontman Vic Fuentes. Worth the wait, by the chart results alone.
