Impermanence LP

Tinnitus rewired how Peter Silberman heard sound, and Impermanence, his debut solo record away from The Antlers, is built around that damage rather than despite it: quieter, sparer, more room between notes. Recorded upstate in New York with producer Nicholas Principe and released on Anti- in February 2017, it swaps the Antlers' fuller arrangements for six hushed, spacious tracks.
