A Little Disaster LP

Sandra Tervonen paints the cover art for Pearly Drops releases by hand, and that handmade touch fits a record built by two people who usually work behind other artists' names. She and Juuso Malin, the Helsinki duo, have written and produced for ALMA, Nightwave, and Inga Copeland, picked up gold and platinum credits, and won Finland's Teosto Prize along the way. On their own material, out via Cascine, they layer shimmering synths and atmospheric guitar under ethereal vocals, landing somewhere gloomy and vaguely science fiction. A Little Disaster is their second album.
