Stovepipe LP

MONEY left Bella Union behind after two records that built a loyal cult: 2013's self-produced The Shadow of Heaven, whose "Hold Me Forever" video came from director Cillian Murphy, and 2016's Suicide Songs, written while Jamie Lee worked through alcohol dependency and depression in London. Stovepipe lands on the band's own Sunday Drive imprint. Buy it to hear whether independence changes a band built on atmosphere and plain talk.
