Men I Trust released Equus Caballus alongside its companion album Equus Asinus, the two billed as a pair from "the same genus," one for the horse, one for the donkey. The Quebec trio's usual whisper-vocal dream pop leans warmer and more folk-driven here, carrying a more reflective, melancholic mood than their earlier records.
