Mighty Thor (1966 Theme) 7"

Hollywood Records presses the Mighty Thor theme onto translucent yellow 7" vinyl, a bright, see-through object for a theme built to outlast its source. The Marvel Super Heroes, the 1966 cartoon from Steve Krantz and Grantray-Lawrence Animation, introduced Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, and the Sub-Mariner to television by animating Marvel's own comic art to save money. Composer Jack Urbont's music held up where the visuals didn't.
