Markus Homm came up collecting records as a teenager in Germany before DJing his way into the Berlin circuit, playing rooms like Panorama Bar, Watergate, and Tresor over a career built alongside production partner Mihai Popoviciu, with whom he landed the club track 'Bis Co.' on Tom Clark's Highgrade Records. It's Safe to Say lands on Bondage-Music rather than his usual Highgrade or Diynamic home base, a minor label detour in an otherwise consistent European house discography across four tracks.
