Lucki - Days B4 III LP

A decade of refining a hazy, understated style he once called "alternative trap" finally put Lucki on the Billboard 200 for the first time with Days B4 III, which reached No. 188. It arrived after a run of self-released mixtapes, Body High, X and the acclaimed Freewave 3 among them, catching the Chicago rapper mid-transition from underground cult favorite toward a more polished, melodic sound. The restrained, half-sung delivery that defines his catalog was already fully formed, worn into place like a well-traveled groove.
