Simple Dreams spent five weeks at number one on the Billboard album chart in late 1977, knocking Fleetwood Mac's Rumours out of the top spot on its way to multi platinum. Blue Bayou hit number three on the pop chart and earned a Grammy nomination; It's So Easy cracked the top five. This pressing carries the 2024 remaster of the original Asylum Records tracklist, mixing rock, country, and a cover of the Rolling Stones' Tumbling Dice.
