Ungebunden LP

Here's the Faust math: four surviving founders, four separate records, no reunion show required. Ungebunden is organist Hans-Joachim Irmler's piece of that deal, and he did it solo, out of dense electronics, organ drones, and improvisation, more like wandering into a sound installation than playing a rock record. Irmler's been in this since 1969, back when Uwe Nettelbeck first wired the Hamburg lineup together out of Nukleus and Campylognatus Citelli.
