Elephant Gym is a math-rock trio out of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, built around siblings KT and Tell Chang on bass and guitar with Chia-Chin Tu on drums, and Work, their second EP, follows 2013's Balance on Topshelf Records. They treat jazz fusion's harmonic puzzle-solving and math rock's locked-together rhythms like two instruments playing the same part at once. "Spring Rain" picked up a nomination for Best Style Category Single at Taiwan's Golden Indie Music Awards the following year.
