Live From Boston Woods 2LP

Static and crowd noise blur into one long hum across Live From Boston Woods, the four-side vinyl document of a full concert the Boston-area outfit Dispatch recorded at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Founders Chad Urmston, Brad Corrigan, and Pete Heimbold formed the band at Middlebury College in 1996 and built a genre-hopping live show out of reggae, funk, ska, and folk, sustained through years of touring. Tourmate G. Love sits in as a guest, and the set detours through covers of Midnight Oil, the Grateful Dead, John Fogerty, and R.E.M.
