Radicans LP

Devin James Fry has already run through Name Sayers, the psychedelic Americana band Salesman, and a synth-heavy solo turn called RETRELLION, so pairing him with Palestinian oud player Sari Andoni on Radicans is less a stretch than the next logical move. Andoni's oud lines cross paths with Fry's own songwriting instincts, threading Arab and American psychedelic folk together with real curiosity instead of a gimmick's shelf life. Old Faithful Records put it out, and it sounds like two players actually listening to each other.
