Pantheon 2LP

Pantheon marks Dance Gavin Dance's eleventh album and the first cut after bassist Tim Feerick's death in 2022 and vocalist Tilian Pearson's exit in 2024, and the band doesn't flinch from that weight. Guitarist Andrew Wells, who stepped into the clean-vocal role on the band's 2024 singles, shares lead vocals with Jon Mess for the first time on a full-length album, driving the post-hardcore, funk, and prog mix forward through real lineup upheaval. George Clinton drops in on "Space Cow Initiation Ritual" and the record still lands like a gut punch.
