Year Of The Spider LP

Real Gone Music presses Year of the Spider in red and black, bringing a genuine 2000s alt-rock peak back to vinyl rather than inventing one. Cold's third album hit No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and went Gold, mostly on the strength of "Stupid Girl," which frontman Scooter Ward co-wrote with Weezer's Rivers Cuomo. It sits heavier than its radio-rock contemporaries, somewhere between post-grunge polish and nu metal weight, and this pressing gives that weight a physical home.
