Night Moves 2LP

Night Moves was Bob Seger's ninth album and the one that finally broke him wide, going platinum first and eventually stacking up to six times platinum in the U.S. Half the songs came out of Detroit with the newly christened Silver Bullet Band, the other half out of Alabama with the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, two different rooms that somehow landed on one sound. Robert Christgau gave it an A-minus at the time, and this 50th-anniversary pressing lands on white vinyl as a Record Store Day Black Friday exclusive.
