The Party 2LP

Andy Shauf wrote, played, and self-produced nearly all of The Party himself, farming out only the string arrangements, then watched it pull a Polaris shortlist and several Juno nods, including Breakthrough Artist. This anniversary pressing tacks demos and alternate takes onto the original ten songs. Buy it for the character-sketch songwriting that put Shauf on the map in the first place, not for the bonus material.
