Víctor Manuelle's 1997 A Pesar de Todo (Sony Discos) hit number 2 on Billboard's Tropical Albums, going 2x Platinum Latin on 'He Tratado' and 'Dile a Ella,' outselling his debut. Nicknamed 'El Sonero de la Juventud,' he was discovered by Gilberto Santa Rosa at his own high school graduation party and sang a cappella at Celia Cruz's 2003 funeral.
